WINTER 2024

Martha will receive the New York State Bar Association Local and State Government Law Section's Award for Excellence in Public Service during the New York State Bar Association’s annual meeting on January 17th, 2024. The award recognizes excellence by a member of the legal profession in the commitment to, and performance of, public service over the course of an exemplary career.

She will also participate in a Supreme Court update panel, addressing The Impact of Students for Fair Admissions on Public Sector Recruiting and Government Contracting at NYSBA’s Local and State Government Law Section’s annual meeting (January 17th, 2024)

Martha will present an update on New York State Civil Service Law at the Association of Towns of the State of New York annual meeting (February 19th, 2024)
